Privacy Compass & Level

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Privacy Compass & Level (“the App”), produced by TJSoft Labs, a division of Professional Home Services, LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you obtained it from.
You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or sell the App or any part of it, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
The App displays compass and level readings derived from your device’s sensors. Readings depend on your hardware, calibration, and surroundings and may be inaccurate. The App is intended for general, informational, and hobbyist use only. Do not rely on it for navigation, construction, professional, surveying, aviation, marine, safety-critical, or emergency purposes.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Professional Home Services, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you breach them. Upon termination you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Professional Home Services, LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if it cannot be so modified, severed from these Terms. The invalidity of any provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Professional Home Services, LLC regarding the App, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective, and a waiver in one instance will not constitute a waiver in any other instance.
