This Privacy Policy explains how Privacy Compass & Level (the “App”), produced by TJSoft Labs, a division of Professional Home Services, LLC, handles information. The App is designed to work entirely on your device.
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It has no user accounts and requires no sign-in. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or third-party SDKs that collect data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. No information ever leaves your device.
The App reads your device’s accelerometer, magnetometer, and related motion sensors solely to display real-time compass and level readings. This sensor data is processed on your device and is never stored or transmitted.
When you turn on True North, the App requests approximate (coarse) location permission. Your location is used only on your device — to (1) look up your local magnetic declination so the compass can point to true north, and (2) display your approximate coordinates on the Compass screen. Your location is never stored, logged, or transmitted, and coordinates are shown only on your device. You can deny or later revoke this permission in your device settings; the App will then use magnetic north and won’t show coordinates.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date.
